Fraud Prevention & Zero Tolerance Policy
NJTechland maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, abuse, and bad-faith activity. The following conduct may result in immediate order cancellation, account termination, referral to law enforcement, and civil legal action:
Use of stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods
Filing false chargebacks for received, non-defective products
Misrepresentation of identity, business affiliation, or purchase intent
Unauthorized product resale in violation of manufacturer restrictions
Attempting to exploit pricing errors or promotional codes in bad faith
Harassment, threats, or abusive communication toward our staff
False claims of non-delivery for orders confirmed delivered
Fraudulent warranty, damage, or defect claims
Legal Notice: NJTechland LLC actively monitors for fraudulent activity and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies. We reserve all legal rights including the right to seek civil damages, recover attorneys' fees, and report criminal conduct to appropriate authorities.

If you see an unrecognized charge from NJTechland, contact us immediately at billing@njtechland.com.
Phishing or Impersonation
If you receive a suspicious email claiming to be from NJTechland, forward it to security@njtechland.com. We will never ask for passwords.
Security Vulnerability
Security researchers who discover vulnerabilities on our Site may report them to security@njtechland.com. We investigate all reports promptly.
